I started being curious about fitness and my health 2months ago. I do love rice and any kind of food, whether it’s unhealthy or healthy.
But because of a picture of a woman I saw, she got me inspired. I wanted to be just like her. Well, I know you’ll laugh at me when I say her name, hahaha.. She’s a celebrity. Uhm… It’s Ellen Adarna. Yes! It’s all because of her!! Hahahaha…
Look at this! Amazing transformation right? Hahaha.. After seeing this, I started my clean diet. No rice, no junks, I’m not eating anymore in fast-food restos, no powder juices. And many more. Also, I started working out, specifically ab workout. I know I’m not that fat, or chubby. But I really want those abs, it’ll make me look sexier. Hahaha. And besides, I can wear cropped tops na, oh diba?! LOL 😄😄
